Introduction

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Ponds Direct website www.pondsdirect.co.uk. Using this Website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions of use. If you do not agree with anything written in these terms please do not use this Website.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK sales tax (VAT) at 20%, where applicable. Prices include mainland UK delivery. Please note that because of the large size of these items there will be a 20% handling charge deducted from any refund for returned goods.

We reserve the right to amend the pricing without prior notice. Prices in your order request are confirmed when we send you an order confirmation e-mail.

Delivery

Please note that these products are manufactured to order and delivery may take up to 3 weeks from the date of the order. However we always try to accommodate our client’s needs where possible.

Payment Process

Payments are securely processed by Paypal. We do not store your card details, these details are only used by PayPal. You can use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron.

Order Confirmation

All orders for goods are accepted only once we send a delivery confirmation e-mail informing you that the goods have been dispatched. Although we aim to keep stock information up-to-date on the Website, we still accept orders subject to availability. Where items have unexpectedly sold out or cannot for some reason be delivered we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you of this. You will have the choice to select an alternative item equivalent in price or you can take the opportunity to cancel all or part of your order. If for any reason we are unable to contact you on the personal details supplied by you, we will cancel and refund you this part of the order and process and dispatch the rest as usual.

Product

Colour and appearance on this website will vary on different consoles and a slight variation is inevitable, therefore, colours and product pictures on this website should be taken as a guide only and not exact.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery options.

How to cancel your order

Damaged or incorrect goods

In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange either a replacement or a refund.

Governing Law

Any claim or cause of action may only be brought in England and you agree to submit it to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts. You agree to waive any objection and submit to the jurisdiction of the English Courts in the United Kingdom, as we do.
